Q. How do I book a session?

A. Booking a session with MamaRazzi Photography is SUPER  easy! Simply send us an email to:  info@mamarazzi-photography.net or call us at 413-206-9001.  Are you on Facebook? You can also message us at MamaRazzi Photography.  We look forward to hearing from you! 

 

Q. Which session is best for my family?

A. Not sure which session you need?  No problem!  We’ll ask you a couple of quick questions and, based on your answers, we’ll recommend the perfect session for you and your family.  

 

Q. How long is a newborn session?

A. We now offer two options for your newborn session.  Please go to “Info” and “Pricing” to see a full description of each session.  

 

Q. When should I come in for my newborn session?

A. Ideally, we like to schedule newborn sessions within the first ten days after birth.  However, we know that is not always possible due to Mom’s recovery or an unplanned extended hospital stay.  Contact us (or have someone contact us) once the baby has arrived.  Let us know the baby’s birthdate and when you anticipate being released from the hospital.  We will schedule your session based on this information.  

 

Q. I want to book a newborn session. When should I contact you?

A. It’s best to get your due date on the calendar as soon as possible.  While we understand that babies have their own agenda, having your due date on the calendar allows us to anticipate when to schedule your newborn session.  Call or email the studio and we will take care of the rest.  

 

 

 

Q. What do I bring to the newborn session?

A. We love it when families choose to personalize their sessions with special blankets, quilts, stuffed animals or signs that have been handed down, gifted or made for the baby.  We will also work with you to coordinate set ups to match your home’s décor or the baby’s nursery.  We also have a variety of blankets, wraps and headbands to incorporate into the set up. 

 

Q. Do I need to bring outfits for our newborn session?

A. The baby is primarily going to be in their diaper (and snuggled in a blanket or wrap) for the majority of the session. If there is a special outfit you would like the baby to be photographed in, please bring that outfit along so that we can incorporate it into the session. 

  

Q. Can we be in the newborn photos as well?

A. You sure can!  We offer several options to include parents and/or siblings in the newborn session.  For information about the sessions, please go to “Info” and “Pricing” right here on our webpage.

 

Q. What is a Mini Session?

A. Mini Sessions are on location, stylized, seasonally themed sessions that are scheduled throughout the year.  Mini Sessions are a great way to add flare to your family’s photos.  Check out our Mini Sessions by clicking the “Calendar” tab on our webpage.   

 

Q. What happens after my session?

A.  After your session, your images will be professionally edited.  Once the editing process has been completed, you will receive an email with a link to all of your digital images.  Instructions on how to download the images are included in the email.  If you have any questions or would like to set up a studio viewing of your images, just let us know.  

 

 

 

Q. Does my session come with all of the digital images?

A.  Unless otherwise noted, all of our sessions come with all of your professionally edited digital images!  

 

Q. How do I get my images?

A. Your images will be emailed to you.  Instructions on how to download your images will be included in the email.  

  

Q.  I’d like to order a product that I saw at the studio during the session… how do I do that?

A. Please contact us directly to place this order.  We use a specialty lab to create products.  This allows us to ensure that the product you receive is of the highest quality.  

 

Q. What does my deposit go towards?

A. Your deposit is applied to the balance of the session. You pay the remainder of the balance at the time of your session.  We accept payment in the form of credit card, check or cash.  

 

Q. How do I submit my deposit?

A. We accept deposit payments by phone (MasterCard, Discover, American Express).  If you’d prefer to process the deposit in person or make a payment by cash or check, please contact us to set up a time to meet at the studio.
