Q. How do I book a session?
A. Super easy! You can call us at 413-206-9001; email us at email@example.com; or send us a Facebook message at MamaRazzi Photography.
Q. Which session is best for my family?
A. Give us a ring and we will chat about what you are looking for and we will give you the best options for your family.
Q. What is a Mini Session?
A. A Mini session are specials that we run certain times of the year at fun locations. The are usually 15 or 30 minutes long and include all of your digital images.
Q. We did a newborn, Junior, Mama or Papa session. How do I submit my image choices to you?
A. You can email your choices to firstname.lastname@example.org. Or, you can mark your favorites in Zenfolio and send it to us through there. Whichever is easier for you :). If you choose to email us, please provide us with the image numbers. Example: 006Jenna
Q. We would like to order a product that we saw at the studio during our viewing? How do we order it?
A. You will need to contact us directly so that we can create that product for you and send it to our specialty lab.
Q. What happens after my session?
A. We have everyone come back to the studio to get the full MamaRazzi experience. We create a beautiful slideshow for you (usually make you cry a little LOL) and show you products that we offer here along with giving you all of the information about ordering prints and other products on your own. We also go over the option to purchase all of your digital images.
Q. Does my session come with all of the digital images?
A. Our Mini Sessions come with all of your digital images and there is always the option to purchase all of your digital images with our other sessions.
Q. How do I get my images?
A. We load them on to a flash drive that you can take home the day of your viewing. It will also include the slideshow, which we give to you as a special gift from us. :)
Q. I want to book a newborn session. When should I contact you?
A. Contact us as soon as possible to put your due date on the calendar. Some people contact us even after taking a pregnancy test LOL
Q. When should I come in for my newborn session?
A. We recommend coming in within the first 10 days after the baby is born. When you are in the hospital, have a family member or friend contact us to let us know that the baby has arrived and when you will be coming home from the hospital and we can start looking at dates to have you come in.
Q. How long is a newborn session?
A. A newborn session can take up to 3 hours. We have you feed the baby when you get here and then once they are relaxed and possibly sleeping, we can start the fun.
Q. Can we be in the newborn photos as well?
A. Absolutely! We love to add in siblings to the photos. We can do some of all of you together as well.
Q. What do I bring to the newborn session?
A. We love when people bring items that are important to you and your family. Make sure to bring a blanket or 2, a small stuffed animal, and anything else that is important to you. You can bring sports items, items that are personalized, things that go with the theme of the baby's room, etc. If there is something that you are questioning, feel free to bring it and we can help you narrow down the items that are the most important for us to photograph with your baby.
Q. Do I need outfits for our newborn session?
A. The baby is primarily going to be in their diaper for the majority of the session. If there is a special outfit you would like the baby in or someone made something special for them, we can use it. Otherwise, the baby is just in the diaper.
Q. What does my deposit go towards?
A. Your deposit is applied to the balance of the session. You pay the remainder of the balance at the time of your session.
Q. How do I submit my deposit?
A. You can call in a credit card (we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express), send in a check or set up a time to deliver cash or a money order.
